Key Responsibilities


  • Roles and responsibilities of Key Safety Personnel (KSP) GACAR Part
  • Responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of the FDM360 system.
  • Monitoring and recording the completion of data downloaded from Aircraft's Quick access Recorders to the Flight Data Monitoring server in order to ensure adequate frequency of data input, qualitative and quantitative.
  • Monitoring and recording the effectiveness of data replay and automatic analysis by the FDM software in order to ensure that data downloaded has been automatically replayed by software.
  • Adaptation and creation of new events to ensure the FDM has a robust set of events to adequately cover relevant aspects, that can be monitored through FDM
  • Liaise with the Safety Pilots and Flight Operations to obtain complete information from the Flight crew (ASR).
  • Summarize and report reliability levels of FDM to assess FDM effectiveness and maintain a record of FDM reliability, to identify trends of high-risk flight or significant Issues.
  • Liaise with the Technical Department and Aircraft Manufacturer to progress the rectification of defective aircraft's parameter or Quick Access Recorders to improve reliability of data (quantitative and qualitative data) and liaise with the FDM software provider as required to resolve software problems.
  • Assist to prepare document of all safety audit relevant to both internal and external flight operation to achieve safety performance.
  • Manage and control the retention of FDM data, including revise and develop
  • documentation and implementation of FDM process and procedure.
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the SMS.
  • Assist an assigned management team with SMS processes including coordinating efforts of department interfaces to maintain the overall SMS.
  • Audit SMS compliance and report findings to the Manager Safety.
  • Managing safety risks (hazard identification, risk assessment and mitigation).
  • Assist in performing SRAs and maintaining the SMS database.
  • Interval oversight and performance measurement to ensure safety assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Organize and develop safety promotion material.
  • Prepare SMS status updates for the senior leadership team under the accountability of Manager Safety.
  • Develop processes and procedures.
  • Structured, analytical, precise formation of flight data outcome


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or equivalent diploma degree. 
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in Aviation. 
  • Knowledge of Aviation Safety, Flight Operation.
  • Advanced Analytical skills.
